My name is Lois FrizzelI and I am a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, based in the Leicestershire area.
For the last four years I have been working at Ragdale Hall Health Hydro in the fitness department. This is where I have gained most of my experience, teaching a big variety of classes from aerobics, high intensity, boot camp, yoga, dance, spinning, weights and Pilates, along with personal training. So if you feel like you need some one-to-one training, I have the power and adaptability to help you with your health and fitness requirements, whether it be weight management, achieving your desired body or just a helping hand getting started on your fitness adventure.

My favourite style of fitness is running. I have been running for the last eleven years, a variety of organized events and distances. My next goal is a marathon.
Teaching people how to run gives me massive satisfaction. I specialize in beginner running, taking groups out each week, coaching and teaching clients how to run, how to increase there distance and avoid injury.
