Bootcamp
Monday 19:00, Barrow Upon Soar 
A fun session that involves a variety of circuit training on the park. The session aims to burn fat, condition and tone muscles and increase the core strength. May include partner work so feel free to bring a friend or just make friends here!


Running Group (Rolling Programme)
Tuesday 19:00, Barrow Upon Soar 
A running group aimed at beginners, improvers and those wanting to increase distance and speed. Sessions include a variety of run / walk intervals aiming to build up endurance. After a series of sessions (often 8-12 weeks)  we as a group sign up to a fun run, as a team, to celebrate our achievements. As a rolling programme, each group can then go forward onto a further distance course.

Friday 18:00, Location Varies
A running session that aims to build strength for hills and speed. If you are a runner who wants to beat your personal best on your next event or challenge, then this is the session for you! 

Whether you are wanting to get fit, lose a few inches, learn to run or increase your speed, there is something here for everyone!!!
