"I started with Lois four weeks ago after deciding to get back into fitness, and knowing what I am like I knew a PT was the only option, as I need someone to motivate me and tell me to keep going because I could easily stop all of the time! We do a mixture of cardio and weights but that's my preference. She tallies a programme to your needs and what you enjoy doing.
